I had the pleasure of conducting a workshop at Impact Hub Yerevan on the topic: “How Mind and Behavior Could Change the Neurobiology of Anxiety.” We discussed how cognitive processes, behavioral patterns, and everyday habits can influence the neurobiological mechanisms underlying anxiety. The workshop mainly brought together mental health professionals, and we explored both the neuroscientific foundations of anxiety and evidence-based CBT approaches for anxiety disorders. The atmosphere was warm, engaged, and intellectually stimulating, with many interesting questions and discussions throughout the session.
