On May 8, I had the pleasure of conducting a workshop at Impact Hub Yerevan on the topic: “How Mind and Behavior Could Change the Neurobiology of Anxiety.” The atmosphere was exceptionally warm and engaging. It was especially meaningful to see so many mental health professionals attending and actively participating in the discussion. We explored the neurobiology of anxiety, the relationship between cognition, behavior, and brain functioning, as well as evidence-based CBT approaches for anxiety disorders. The workshop was enriched by thoughtful, insightful questions and a genuinely deep professional dialogue. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such an intellectually stimulating and supportive environment.
